We take maximum care of each of your deliveries but in some cases the situation can simply be out of our control. Your shipment insurance covers the full declared value of the goods against all risks. Every shipment we accept is covered by the standard shipping conventions presented in our terms and conditions. However, these offer limited liability based mainly on weight and not on the real value of the goods. With carriage value, there is no need to use a third party insurance company. Just ask for it when you ship a package or choose it as an option when completing your shipment online. This carriage value covers the full declared value of your goods from any risk. The cost of insurance is almost 1% of the declared value of the goods and it’s automatically added to the cost of transportation. To ensure that your shipment arrives safely and in good condition at its destination, its packaging must be appropriate and adhere to the packaging rules. This is available in more than 200 countries. Despite the fact that we do everything in our power and hands to keep your goods safe, we cannot fully guarantee you that. What we can do is offer you some advices to minimise any possible damage.

BOXES:
  • They should not be damaged

  • They should not be wet

  • Not a heavy item in weak boxes. Boxes should be strong, quality and large enough. If necessary, a strap can be used to increase safety

  • For weights higher than 70 kg should be palletized

LABELING
  • Must be glued to each visible side of the shipment

  • Labels must be affixed to the end of the packaging to be visible and undamaged. If necessary use additional adhesive elements to secure the label
