How long does it take for the shipment to reach my final destination?

Shipments to most countries arrive at destination in 2 to 3 business days.
Domestic services offer up to two business days.

Do I have to pay custom duty and taxes for my shipment?

Based on the legislation in force, for every online purchase worth over 22 Eur as well as personal deliveries worth over 45 Eur, customs duties are paid.

What items cannot be shipped internationally?

Shipments should not contain the following:
Weapons, military goods, dual-use technology, endangered species of flora and wild fauna, narcotics, psychotropics and trafficking in human beings.
